Terms of Service Agreement
Effective Date: May 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rimuru's services ("Services"), including visiting the Rimuru website at rimuru.bot or adding the Rimuru Bot to your Discord server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are prohibited from using the Services.
2. Definitions
- Rimuru, we, us, and our refer to Rimuru and its affiliates.
- Services means all products, features, applications, websites, or services operated by Rimuru.
- User, you, and your refer to any individual or entity using our Services.
3. Compliance with Laws and Discord Policies
3.1 The User shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the Services.
3.2 User acknowledges that use of the Services is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and any violation thereof constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
3.3 User shall promptly report any violations to contact@rimuru.bot.
4. Prohibited Website Activities
User is expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities in relation to the Website:
4.1 Any attempt to exploit, hack, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Website;
4.2 Any use of the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;
4.3 Scraping, collecting, or harvesting any information from the Website for unauthorized purposes;
4.4 Framing or mirroring any portion of the Website without prior written authorization;
4.5 Copying, reproducing, distributing, or claiming ownership of any content or design elements.
5. Prohibited Bot Activities and Enforcement
5.1 User is expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities in relation to the Bot:
- Violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or reselling any portion of the Bot's functionality;
- Facilitating or encouraging others to reproduce Rimuru's services or features;
- Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Bot's functionality;
- Operation of a Discord server that has been previously terminated for policy violations;
- Organizing, participating in, or encouraging harassment or raids against Rimuru or its staff.
5.2 Enforcement Rights: Rimuru reserves the right to:
- Terminate access to the Services with or without prior notice;
- Remove, disable, or restrict the availability of any content;
- Take legal action and report violations to law enforcement authorities;
- Pursue any remedies available at law or in equity; and
- Investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent of the law.
5.3 No Waiver: Rimuru's failure to enforce any right shall not be considered a waiver.
6. Refunds and Account Restrictions
6.1 In the event a User receives a refund under any circumstances, Rimuru reserves the right to blacklist said User's Discord account and permanently ban the User from accessing all Rimuru Services.
7. License and Subscription Terms
7.1 Purchase of License: By purchasing a subscription or making a one-time payment, the User is granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement. This license is non-transferable.
7.2 Agreement to Terms: The purchase or use of the Services constitutes the User's explicit acknowledgment and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
8. Transfers
8.1 Subscription Transfer Policy: Each User subscription includes one free transfer of the Bot to a different Discord server. Additional transfers require a new subscription.
8.2 Management Discretion: Additional transfers are subject to management discretion.
8.3 No Liability for Server Termination: Rimuru shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting from deletion or termination of a User's Discord server by Discord or any third party.
8.4 Irreversibility of Transfers: Once a transfer is completed, it cannot be undone.
9. Third-Party Relationships and Disclaimer of Liability
9.1 No Agency Relationship: Rimuru has no agency relationship with Discord servers or communities.
9.2 Independent Actions: Users acknowledge Rimuru exercises no control over the conduct or content of third parties using our Services.
9.3 Disclaimer of Liability: Rimuru disclaims any liability for actions or content created by Discord servers, communities, or Users.
10. Service Availability and Termination
10.1 Non-Guaranteed Availability: Rimuru does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access.
10.2 Discretionary Service Provision: Rimuru may refuse service or terminate accounts at its discretion.
10.3 Right to Terminate: Rimuru may terminate access immediately without prior notice or liability.
10.4 Survival of Terms: Provisions that should survive termination shall do so.
11. Indemnification
11.1 User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rimuru and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees arising out of User's violation of this Agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Under no circumstances shall Rimuru be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from User's access to or use of the Services.
13. Amendments to Agreement
13.1 Rimuru reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice.
13.2 Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
13.3 Violation of amended terms may result in immediate termination of access.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated.
14.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Rimuru and User regarding the Services.
