Refund Policy Agreement
Effective Date: May 24, 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy ("Policy") establishes the terms and conditions under which Rimuru, Rimuru Bot, and its affiliated entities (collectively referred to as "Rimuru," "we," "us," or "our") process refund requests. By utilizing our services or completing any purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the provisions set forth herein.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. We maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and reserve the right to deny any refund request.
2.2. Ineligibility Criteria: No refunds shall be issued under any of the following conditions:
- Circumvention of disciplinary measures or payments made via undisclosed third parties;
- Violation of any rule or guideline within our Community Discord Server after payment submission;
- Disrespectful conduct toward Rimuru or its staff;
- Duplicate purchases for a previously whitelisted server;
- Utilization of any command or feature by the purchaser or any member of the purchaser's server;
- Expiration of twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase;
- Status as a blacklisted user across any of our service platforms;
- Evidence of malicious intent underlying the refund request; or
- Misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of material information.
3. Policy Amendments
3.1. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
3.2. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of changes.
3.3. Violations of our Terms of Service, including this Refund Policy, may result in permanent termination of access to all services provided by Rimuru.
